JSIC “INGO Ukraine” and DP “Kuehne and Nagel”, one of the world leaders in the field of integrated logistics solutions, entered into a contract of insurance of responsibility of the transport operator for the year 2010.
Under the terms of the insurance contract JSIC “INGO Ukraine” has committed itself to compensate the losses related to the responsibility of the DP “Kuehne and Nagel” in providing its clients with the following services: – domestic and international expedition; – the activity of the carrier; – warehousing and distribution; – packing services, consolidation, and placement of cargoes during transportation; – activities of customs agents; – additional logistics services.
Insurance of responsibility of the transport operator is carried out in the framework of the European General insurance program of the group of companies Kuehne+Nagel.
Total limit of liability under the contract of insurance was of the order of 55 000 000 UAH.
